At Fairfax Meadow, we’ve been celebrating the very best of British lamb as part of the national Love Lamb Week campaign which took place in the first week of September.
Over a five-week period that has just wrapped, we ran a social media competition across our primary Twitter and Instagram platforms asking chefs to share their favourite lamb dishes.
Lamb is a highly versatile meat and we love to see how creative chefs can be with the produce we supply!
Each week, we picked a winner who will attend a private dining lunch at JW Steakhouse at Grosvenor House in London. Naturally lamb will be on the menu, supplied by Fairfax London.
