Great British Beef Week is a terrific opportunity to celebrate the very best of British Beef.

Were looking for chefs to share their favourite Beef dishes with us over on Twitter to be in with the chance of winning a chefs knife and a selection of our fantastic West Country PGI Casterbridge steaks.

We’ll be choosing a winner every Monday up to 8th April 2019 – that’s six chances to win!

To enter:

1.    Tweet a photograph to @fairfaxmeadow or @fairfax_london of your favourite Beef dish and tag it with #GBBW and #FairfaxMeadow

2.    Follow both Twitter accounts – @fairfaxmeadow and @fairfax_london

3.    You can enter more than once, if you have lots of dishes be sure to share them, but don’t forget to tag them too!

We’ll choose one winner across all the entries and share their winning dish across our social media. You do need to be a professional chef to enter.
